Richard was the consummate professional, he took the time to fully explain everything that needed to be done as well as the timeframe to get the part, and he expertly completed the work. I have had a lot of not so pleasant experiences with other contractors in the area, but I will tell you that Five Star Plumbing, and especially Mike and Richard, are at the top of my list now for trustworthy dependable people to go to.
